Beginning as a cadet reporter with the Southern Courier in Sydney, I went on to work for News Corp publications including The Courier-Mail, The Daily Telegraph, the Sunshine Coast Daily, Whitsunday Times and Bowen Independent. My reporting and photography appeared in print and online publications throughout Australia, covering natural disasters, community affairs, crime, business and regional life.
Much of my work focused on the stories that shape regional communities, documenting people, place and change through both writing and photography.
